Pre-production Check
- Confirm yarn composition, supplier, lot, and color reference.
- Confirm gauge, stitch, pattern, and sample construction.
- Confirm measurement spec, sample size, size range, and tolerance.
- Confirm labels, trims, hang tags, packaging, and carton mark.
- Confirm approved sample comments before bulk production.

In-line Control
- Check panel sizing and stitch consistency.
- Check yarn color consistency and visible shade variation.
- Check linking, seams, rib recovery, neckline, cuffs, hem, and pocket placement.
- Check workmanship issues such as holes, dropped stitches, loose threads, oil marks, or uneven tension.
- Track production status by style, color, and size.

Final Inspection
- Check garment measurement against approved tolerance.
- Check appearance, workmanship, label placement, trim attachment, and care label.
- Check folding, polybag, carton quantity, carton mark, and packing list.
- Check final quantity and shipping document readiness.
- Record defects, rework status, and final approval.
